What you are buying
The Program is a digital, web-based service: a personalized 28-day meal plan, recipes, shopping lists, a walking plan, a tracker and lessons. It is delivered instantly after purchase and accessed in a web browser. No physical goods are shipped.
Access
Your purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access to the Program for 2 years from the date of purchase, including all updates released during that time. In the current version your plan and progress are stored in the browser you use; support can set up access on another device on request. You may not share your access, resell the Program or copy its content for distribution.
Not medical advice
The Program provides general nutrition and lifestyle information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace the advice of a physician or registered dietitian. Consult your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition or take medication. Nutrition values are estimates. Individual results vary, and we make no promise of any particular outcome.
Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by the retailer named on the order form (ClickBank or Digistore24), which is the merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Your data
Your quiz answers, plan and progress are stored in your browser on your device in this version of the Program. Your email address, if you provided it, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update the Program, its recipes and its features at any time. We aim for continuous availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. If we discontinue the Program during your access period, we will offer a proportional refund or an equivalent replacement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
