What we collect

Quiz answers (sex, age, height, weight, activity, food preferences and exclusions, cooking time, optional goal weight and optional "what gets in your way"). Your email address, if you enter it. Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and analytics.

Where it is stored

In this version of the Program your quiz answers, plan and progress are stored in your browser (local storage) on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

If you enter your email address, we send it to our email service provider together with your biological sex, your age range, whether you want to lose or maintain weight, your units, your daily calorie target, your expected range and your walking minutes, so the emails you receive fit your plan. Nothing else from the quiz leaves your device. We use this to deliver your numbers and, only if you ticked the box, occasional recipes, tips and offers. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your health-related answers with advertisers. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Payments

Payments are processed by ClickBank or Digistore24. We never see or store your full card details. Their privacy policies apply to the order form.

Cookies

We use a single strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in to the Program, and the retailer's cookies on the order form for affiliate tracking and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your email address and any data we hold about you at any time by writing to support@example.com. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honor on request.

Children

The Program is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
