Privacy Policy

What we collect

Quiz answers: sex, age, height, weight, activity level, food preferences and exclusions (including allergies), cooking time, optional goal weight, optional "what gets in your way", the email address you enter in the quiz and whether you agreed to marketing emails. Some of these are health-related.

If you buy: your email address and your orders (order reference, products, amount, currency and, if you came through a partner, the affiliate ID). The retailer also sends your name, email, country and ZIP or postal code to our order-confirmation page, and its order notification to our server includes your name and billing address. We use these only to confirm the order and store only your email address and the order details above. We never receive your card details.

Inside the Program: your plan and meal swaps, the weights you log, your daily habit ticks, check-ins, settings and shopping-list ticks.

Order notifications from the retailer, as received (without your name and address), to process orders, refunds and chargebacks.

Basic technical data such as browser type, IP address and pages visited, processed by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.

If you apply to our affiliate program: the name, email address, platform, affiliate ID, channel, audience, URL and message you enter, whether you asked for test access, your IP address and the time you accepted the affiliate rules.

Where it is stored

Before you buy, your quiz answers stay in your browser (local storage) on your device. The only exception is the email step: if you enter your email address, we send it to our email marketing provider together with your biological sex, your age range, whether you want to lose or maintain weight, your units, your daily calorie target, your expected range, your walking minutes, whether you agreed to marketing emails and, if you came through a partner, their affiliate ID. We use this to send you your numbers and, only if you ticked the box, occasional recipes, tips and offers. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

After you buy, your quiz answers, plan, progress (including the weights you log), habits, check-ins and settings are saved to your account in our database, so the Program works on every device you log in from. A working copy is also kept in your browser. The database is hosted in the United States. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Apart from you, only our support staff and our service providers (who host the site and the database) can technically access it.

Our service providers: website hosting, the database, an email provider that sends your login links and purchase emails, and an email marketing provider for the emails described above. The retailer (ClickBank) processes your payment under its own privacy policy.

Affiliate applications are stored in our database for as long as the partnership is possible, to review the application and to enforce the affiliate rules. Write to bobannastev@gmail.com to have yours deleted.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your health-related answers with advertisers. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Payments

Payments are processed by ClickBank. If your order form named Digistore24 instead, Digistore24 processed it, and its order notification (including your name and billing address) is stored with your order record. We never see or store your card details. The retailer's privacy policy applies to the order form.

Cookies and tracking

We set a single strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in to the Program. It lasts 30 days and is renewed while you use the Program.

Our sales pages, articles and quiz load a script from ClickBank that records which partner referred you, so they can be credited for a sale. ClickBank receives your IP address and the pages you visit through it and may store an identifier in your browser, under ClickBank's privacy policy. The order form uses ClickBank's own cookies for affiliate tracking and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it, also after your access ends, so you can come back to it. Order records and order notifications are kept because we need them for accounting, refunds and chargebacks.

In the Program, Settings → "Reset all my data" deletes your answers, plan, progress and shopping-list ticks from your account on every device.

To delete your whole account, write to bobannastev@gmail.com from the address you use in the Program (and tell us if you used a different one at checkout). We delete your saved data, login links and sessions, remove your email address from your order records and stored order notifications, and remove you from our marketing email list. If a refund or chargeback notice for your order arrives after that, the retailer's notice will again contain your email address and is kept with the order for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, at any time by writing to bobannastev@gmail.com. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honor on request.

Children

The Program is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
